Today marks the beginning of the 12th year of the invasion in Afghanistan, the longest U.S. War. Last night 25 United States Veterans For Peace were ARRESTED in NYC for holding a peaceful vigil for the 2000+ fallen soldiers and the millions of innocent Afghani civilians either murdered, displaced or orphaned.

A War for poppy seeds for drugs, lithium, other precious metals and a pipeline. Karzai’s brother is a druglord. The people of Afghanistan are being killed for their land and what lies beneath. Yes, there are fanatics with guns and bombs. But what country manufactured and sold them during the Afghani-Kuwait War? US Soldiers are fighting people who were armed by the US Military decades ago. War is all about money and resources for Multinational Corporations.

I’ve been in about twenty cities this year, so far. It’s been a crazy year. Recovering from severe depression in Miami for the first half of the year and lately I’ve been working my ass off, catching up financially from all my travel & adventures. I got super lucky and got a cocktailing gig out on Shelter Island for the last few weeks of Summer. It’s a quiet beach town with hills and woods… Bright blue skies during the day. Star-filled sky at night. Swimming and meditating in the ocean during my lunch break and meditating in the sand under the moon at night. I am so lucky to get to take in the last few weeks of summer in paradise… making money here. It’s a blessing, for sure.

I have never felt better in my life. I have been eating super healthy, stopped smoking cigarettes and quit drinking for a month to give my liver and soul a break. I’ve never felt better. I’ve also been staying really positive. No matter what problems arise. It’s been powerful. I think I can honestly say I cured my depression, naturally. Without a shrink, or pharmaceuticals.

Hemp seeds, flax seeds, lots of non-gmo/pesticide-free green veggies & fruits from the farmer’s market, lots of nuts and dried fruits, vitamins, meditation, sun, the ocean and positive thinking have helped. Try it, if you are suffering. All these years, man. If you want to be stress free and free from negative thinking, take the steps, and ask the Universe for guidance. The Universe has guided me on so many adventures and life changing experiences and I finally started asking for help in curing my depression and it has been working!!!

My soul, heart and mind has never felt clearer. But I know not to get too excited, because shit can hit the fan tomorrow. But for now, I am living in bliss~~~
